Clinical Requirements

- NP certification (ANCC, AANP). Functional medicine experience/certification required. HRT/TRT and peptide therapy experience required. Unrestricted DEA required.

Required Qualifications
- Functional medicine experience and/or certification
- HRT & TRT experience
- Healing peptide experience
- Active DEA
- Must possess active state licensure in a minimum of 2 of the following states: TX, MI, CO, PA, NV, OH, GA, NC, TN, WA
Responsibilities
- Review of patient health history intake forms
- Review of patient lab work to identify potential care plans
- Initial telehealth patient consultation to determine the need for personalized HRT plan
- Determine if HRT/Medical Weight Loss plans or other treatment plans are appropriate
- Update patient charts
- Abide by clinical protocol
Requirements
- Masters Degree, Post Master's Certificate or Doctorate in Nursing
- Current national certification through ANCC, AANP or equivalent
- Possess an unrestricted DEA license
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy
- 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice or primary care
