Clinical Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Functional medicine experience required. HRT/TRT and peptide therapy experience required. DEA required. No history of malpractice.

Required Qualifications
- Functional medicine experience and/or certification
- HRT & TRT experience
- Healing peptide experience
- Active DEA
- Must possess active state licensure in a minimum of 2 of the following states: TX, MI, CO, PA, NV, OH, GA, NC, TN, WA
Requirements
- Board-certified physician (MD or DO) from a US-accredited medical school
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 3 years experience as a practicing physician
- Must have a current DEA
- Must have experience with hormone replacement therapy and healing peptides
- Must have no history of malpractice
Benefits
This is a 1099 contract position paid per consult. Hours of Operation: 7am-7pm CST Monday-Friday.
